The 12th day of the Legendary Marketer 15 Day Challenge teaches you what, when, and where to outsource. To outsource means to hire workers outside of your own company to do works that are traditionally done by your company.
In the beginning, you might have to do some work by yourself but as your business grows, you’d have to outsource to scale your business. You should also outsource works that you know that you are not so good at. Maybe Copywriting, email follow-up, landing pages, etc. As you continue to become better, you can take up the work for yourself.
This challenge will teach you the basics and all that you should know when outsourcing.
Day 13
